Task: analysis of possible forms and methods of application of innovative educational technologies in the framework of the module «Moral foundations of service in the internal Affairs bodies» in relation to the problem of formation of patriotism. Model: the article is based on analytical methodology, hypothetical-deductive method, comparative methodology, content analysis. Conclusions: in the context of proper moral education, the assimilation of the historical heritage of the internal Affairs bodies by persons first employed in the police will convincingly confirm the requirements of the oath. That each employee takes when entering the service in the internal Affairs bodies of Russia. Observance of moral principles of the employee of Department of internal Affairs allows to carry out the oath adequately: «Serving the law-I serve the people». The possibility of further use of the results of scientific work: the results are intended for use when working with persons first recruited to the police and undergoing vocational training, as well as in the framework of educational work and activities of historical and Patriotic orientation. Practical value: the theoretical conclusions of the article can be used in solving issues of social integration. Originality: in this article we proceed from the fact that patriotism is a form of dynamically developing social worldview, which includes both a set of judgments, the results of the acquisition of social experience and its understanding, as well as value-target settings, and a certain cognitive activity.
