Abstract:
An employment contract in China is pivotal for the realization by the citizens of their right to work and emphasize the contractual nature of the labor relations. The content of the employment contract in China is determined by its sine qua non and additional conditions. The article analyzes the mandatory and additional (optional) conditions of the employment contract in China. The author describes the content of the key terms of the employment contract and assesses the main legal acts regulating the content of the employment contract in China.
