Abstract:
The focus of youth extremism on the seizure or redistribution of political power, its destabilization, territorial redistribution, and the forcible change in the constitutional system in the Russian Federation as a whole is of particular concern. Under religious slogans, armed resistance is being exercised to federal authorities, disrupting efforts to resolve regional conflicts, and infringement of the constitutional foundations of state life. Kuznetsova N.F. rightly notes that «legislative flaws in the formulation of signs of «extremism» and «extremist activity» lead to the politicization of hooliganism, protest protests of the population against monetization, construction pyramids, the clash of youth groups and their incorrect qualification as having an «extremist orientation» [1, p.831].
