Abstract:
The article substantiates the fact that the Prosecutor's supervision over the legality of the legal acts issued by the state control (supervision) bodies in the field of road safety, regulating the order of application of the risk-oriented approach in the conditions of implementation of the state program to reduce the administrative burden on organizations and citizens engaged in business and other activities, is designed to ensure compliance of the form of checklists with the requirements of the legislation and the content of control issues in the checklists to the established risks, to exclude redundancy of the mandatory requirements provided in them, as well as to prevent duplication of control and supervision activities in this area, carried out by the transport and road safety authorities.
