Abstract:
The author carried out a comparative legal analysis of the constitutions of the CIS member States in order to identify in them a standard list of the principles of the judiciary, taking into account their interpretation as a set of fundamental principles that determine the institutional and procedural aspects of the judiciary. Along with a unified approach to the formation of the list of principles of the judiciary in the focus group of constitutions, there is a lack of unity in the institutional and procedural aspects of the considered basic provisions.
