Abstract:
Urgency of the issue and research goal. This article is dedicated to analysis of problems of historical-legal suppositions of legislation development related to responsibility for illegal production and handling of alcoholic products in a soviet period. The urgency of this issue is predetermined by importance of development of optimal legislative constructions of criminal law institution of countermeasures for this negative event. Methodological basis of the work performed is based on dialectical principles of research, systemic, comparative-legal and other scientific methods. General research results. After October 1917 revolution control of illegal production and handling of alcoholic products was brought to a new level. Though this process was typical for soviet state during all its history, the most prominent tightening of control was in the first half of XX century. With adoption of 1960 RSFSR Criminal code a strict and repressive part of criminal legislation was eliminated, including, the sphere under study. Scientifically-practical importance of study is in possibility to imply respective conclusions when forming national criminal politics; for later scientific researches in the sphere under study; for studying the course of criminal law in universities and colleges. This article is intended for postgraduates, bachelors, students, practitioners and to everybody, who is interested in the topic under study.
