Abstract:

military crime, being a kind of crime in general, represents special fears as affects the important sphere - safety and defense of the state. Owing to this circumstance the state represented by his bodies and society in general have to take various measures for her prevention and prevention of negative consequences. It is represented that among such measures a significant role is played by measures of educational character.
