Abstract:
The article is devoted to the characterization of the strategies of the Russian Federation and the United States in the Syrian conflict. A new phase of the rivalry between Russia and the United States in Syria is analyzed. It also examines the prevention of conflicts and incidents between Russian and American troops in Syria and the process of Syria’s reintegration into the international community. The analysis of the map of control of the territories of Syria by various parties to the conflict is carried out. In the context of the development of a global information society based on integrated communications, the possibilities of information manipulation are significantly increasing. The possibilities of strategies in the context of the development of an information society based on integrated communications between the United States and Russia in the Syrian conflict are determined. Russia and America are strengthening and consolidating their military capabilities in the Syrian Arab Republic. Russia has outlined new strategic goals in the SAR, modernizing air bases for strategic bombers.
