Abstract:
This article analyzes transformation processes in post-Soviet societies. In accordance with their structure, the author systematizes sociopolitical relations in the context of the following blocks: socio-economic. The main elements in the structure of political culture are values: democracy, political pluralism – political freedoms, human rights, and justice. It is argued that the cause of conflict in post-Soviet societies is precisely due to the different understandings of the values of freedom and democracy by various political forces. An important conclusion is that the assimilation, especially by young people, of the basic content of the ideology of the modern Russian or Belarusian state is particularly relevant in modern conditions.
