Abstract:
The article substantiates the necessity of creation in the Russian Federation digital proceedings, the basic directions of development of digital proceedings: regulatory, HR and education, formation of research competences and technical foundations, information infrastructure and information security. For example, the criminal justice formulated the possibility of using blockchain technology.
