Abstract:
The article is devoted to analysis of the amendments made to the definition of entrepreneurship, which is contained in article 2 of the civil code. The authors examine the legal nature of state registration of subjects engaged in entrepreneurial activities and its impact on legal regulation of entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation. In the work are identified issues which may arise in the case of the introduction by the legislator of the business activities in which the taxpayer would be exempt from state registration as individual entrepreneurs.
