Abstract:
Problem: insufficient theoretical and methodical level of scrutiny questions of reforming of a control system of the project of growing business, and also necessity of search of decisions according to principles of methodology of management of the project now takes place. Numerous researches of foreign authors, such as R.D.Archibald, F.Begjuli, K.F.Gray, E.U.Larson, G.Dithelm, R.Newton, etc. In this connection a problem of the given research work is the substantiation of methods of an estimation of management efficiency the project of reforming of business structures are devoted this problem. Model: in article approaches to management and an estimation of efficiency of realization of projects are considered. It is underlined that the general success of realization of the accepted project depends on efficiency of design management also. The substantial sense of an estimation of efficient control is opened by the project of reforming of business structures. On the basis of the analysis of the various points of view of foreign and domestic scientists which sphere of interests includes management of projects and an estimation of their efficiency, and also methodical maintenance of these processes, in article classification of existing techniques of an estimation of management efficiency by the project by a number of criteria is offered. A number of advantages and lacks of existing techniques is thus marked. Conclusions: in article the conclusion is formulated that occurrence of a technique which could be accepted as a universal basis of an estimation of projects on business reforming, complicates existence of set of features and distinctions of projects that causes natural search of the toolkit considering specificity of objects. The author allocates principles of efficient control by the project of reforming of business structures: importance planning, controllability, integrated approach, stability, purposefulness, methodology correctness’s, sequence, interchangeability and limitation of resources. Frameworks of research/possibility of subsequent use of results of scientific work: results of the executed research can be used by the further working out of a technique of an estimation of management efficiency by the project of reforming of business structures. Practical value: application of a technique of management efficiency by the project of reforming of business structures will promote continuous improvement of process of carrying out of monitoring and management efficiency estimation the concrete project. Social consequences: perfection of management efficiency by the project of reforming of business will promote more effective decision of the social problems facing a society. Originality/value: the executed research differs the new approach to the analysis of methods of an estimation of management efficiency the project of reforming of business structures. Work is intended for the scientific and practical workers who are engaged in management by projects.
