Abstract:
The peculiarities of the legal status of the objects of unfinished construction are considered. Judicial practice is analyzed, which makes it possible to distinguish various features of this type of property object and to establish questions related to it. Gaps are identified in civil and land legislation regarding the registration of ownership of newly created real estate due to the absence of a clear mechanism in the legislation for acquiring the right of property of buyers to newly created real estate. Based on the study of regulatory legal acts and identified gaps in the legislation in the field of unfinished construction, the notion of an object of unfinished construction as a special type of property that has many features is considered.
