METHODOLOGY AND CRITERIA FOR ASSESSING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND ECONOMIC REGULATION

Complicating the state's strategic management and operational regulation of socio-economic objects, processes, relations, along with the limited nature of many types of expendable resources, raises an increased interest in methodology and criteria for assessing the economic and social performance of government. The article presents an analysis of the current state, problems of constructing and practical application of the applied methodology for assessing the managerial decisions made by state bodies and regulating impacts. Some recommendations are proposed in terms of developing the methodology and the formation of evaluation criteria.
