Abstract:
The practice of the functioning of successful learning organizations shows that it is the new approaches to management that lead these organizations to a number of successful ones, and vice versa, if management relies on old approaches, then, as a rule, the development of these organizations is hampered and the organization begins to lose in competition. The process of transforming an organization from the traditional into the learner requires significant changes in its management. In the article the author examines the development criteria of the learning organization, which is the magnitude and dynamics of its intellectual capital. The amount of intellectual capital of the learning organization is influenced by a combination of factors such as personnel qualification, sales network, brand, customer and partner relations, know-how, patents and licenses, corporate culture, teamwork. Effective tools for the formation and development of balanced management in the learning organization are proposed.
