THE DOCUMENT IN OPERATIONAL SEARCH ACTIVITY AS THE MATERIAL MEDIUM OF OPERATIONAL SEARCH INFORMATION

Background: Consider the document in the operational-search activity. Set and parse document functions. Derive the patterns of information reflected in the document. Materials and methods: With the help of general scientific methods of cognition of the system, functional and information approaches, consider the document in the operational-search activity. Using the information approach method and universal information laws, derive the patterns of information contained in the document. Results: The following functions of the document in operational-search activity are considered and disclosed: communicative, cognitive, administrative and legal functions of the document in the PFD. The essence of the document is disclosed as a material carrier of operative-search information. Operational-search information was examined through the prism of information laws - the necessary diversity, information expansion, preservation of information, final information. The main regularities of operational-search information are revealed. Possibility of the subsequent use of scientific work: The results of scientific work should be used for further research in the field of the theory of operative-investigative activity devoted to the problems of documents. Practical meaning: Conclusions in the article can be used to develop guidelines for practitioners of operational and investigative units. Value: The results of the conducted research are intended for scientific and pedagogical workers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, as well as for specialists studying criminal procedural and investigative operations, associates of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, post-graduate students of law faculties, and practical employees of law enforcement bodies.
