Abstract:
The article deals with the conduct of investigative actions submission for identification. The aim of the article is consideration of these types of submission for identification, of submission for identification living persons, of submission for identification in the photos, submission for identification of a corpse. Special attention is paid to participation in the submission for identification of minors. Revealing the purpose of the article deals with the preparation of submission for identification and process for the conduct of submission of the identification parade. The article also discusses the submission for identification by voice and gait. The existing criminal procedure law does not provide for such types of the submission for identification. However, in practice, the need arose to reform (change) the investigatory action. Legislative consolidation of submission for identification by voice and gait might more properly address the question of the establishment of the identity of the person, in the course of judicial proceedings, and criminal proceedings in General.
