Abstract:
The article deals with obtaining of evidence during interrogation in the Republic of Vietnam in cases concerning human trafficking. In this article the authors analyze the specific features of interrogation of accused persons, and interrogation of the victims of the crime: women and children. Special attention is paid to the interrogation of the members of the victims’ families.
