Abstract:
In this article the factors which have a significant effect on the acceptance by consumers and by merchants for innovation provided in the payment field. The first group of factors of the adoption of the payment services affects the perception of the technology by consumers (natural persons), the other sellers or retailers. To identify the significance of factors used consistent methodology, including the conduct of semi-structured deep interviews, preparation of questionnaires and online survey of consumers and companies in the distribution network of payment services. As a result, a regression model allowing to determine the strength and significance of the effect selected for the questionnaire factors.
