Abstract:
The main direction of China's foreign economic policy over the past 20 years is the export of capital, which makes it possible to fully absorb natural resources, goods, and technologies. In the context of the economic blockade announced by the EU countries and the US, the expansion of economic ties with China is becoming an urgent priority for the Russian Federation. To ensure full-fledged economic interaction, it is extremely important to know and understand the specific features of the legal regulation of a particular state institution. The article examines the issues of regulating the activities of the elements of China's banking system, the situation and functions of the People's Bank of China, and analyzes the problems of non-bank credit and financial institutions. The work uses the legal acts of the PRC, the materials of the Commission for the Regulation of Banking in China (CBRC), the regulations of the People's Bank of China.
