Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of the influence of new public relations, arising in connection with the formation of the digital economy, on the mechanism of legal regulation. The authors analyzed the experience of implementation of the programs of the digital economy by the leaders of innovative development and developed a model of the structure of the legal regulation mechanism. The article substantiates the need to transform the mechanism of legal regulation by creating legal forms of partnership and economic cooperation, providing entities with the opportunity to independently determine the rules and norms of their professional activities, as well as to exercise control over their implementation.
