Abstract:
The main purpose of the introduction of the legal institution of unfinished construction in the Russian legislation is the civil-legal regulation of relations with real estate objects, which are not a completed thing (not put into operation). Premises in accordance with a number of legislative definitions require the establishment of regulations on mandatory state registration as part of an unfinished construction project. If this order is determined, the parts of the unfinished construction object that meet the characteristics of the premises will not remain in the shadow of civil regulation, and then they will be able to be the subject of civil-law transactions.
