Abstract:

The Relevance of the consideration of the essence of universal succession is connected with the insufficient theoretical elaboration of its essential features, which make it possible to determine its specificity. The features of universal succession are determined and systematized in the article on the basis of the analysis of normative material, judicial practice and literary sources. This article can be useful to anyone who studies the issues of inheritance, reorganization of legal entities and succession in civil law in General.
