Abstract:
In article the tax matters and social insurance of the condemned foreign citizens attracted to a remunerative work are in detail considered. The regulatory legal acts regulating the considered perspective are in details analyzed. Features of the taxation and social insurance for the condemned foreign citizens are revealed.
