Abstract:
China's economy began a rapid transition to the next phase based on high-tech production and national breakthrough technologies. This process is a result of the state innovation strategy transformation. The changes in it relate to inclusion of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in innovation process and appearance of new funding sources such as business angels and private venture capital funds. The rapid development of these elements causes changes in the landscape of the NIS and creates conditions of a new stage in the economy development. To understand these processes, it is necessary to analyze current dynamics of innovative entrepreneurship development in China.
