The activities of the RF Prosecutor's Office, as the main actually independent supervisory authority, require detailed consideration and assessment of such issues of activities as appeals and forms of citizens' appeal in defense of their constitutional rights and freedoms. The imperfection of legislation in the field of health care is the most important topic in our opinion, by expanding the list of prosecutorial oversight facilities in the implementation of health care legislation, including licensing of medical and pharmaceutical activities and improving control in this area. By implementing the provisions of the current legislation on licensing of medicines and pharmaceuticals, it will be possible to overcome and eradicate nihilism, legal illiteracy and illegal actions on the part of entrepreneurs selling products of a medical nature.
