Abstract:
Unfair implementation of corporate rights is a significant problem for society, as it undermines the authority of the government in the sphere of their regulation. The article discusses the principles for the implementation of corporate rights, compliance with which will ensure the integrity of the actions of its participants, which will ensure the effectiveness of the corporation’s activities within the law with respect for public interests in its external activities.
