Abstract:
The article covers the analysis of the legal regulation of the undocumented securities since the eruption up to now. In the article foreign legislation on legal regulation of the undocumented securities also was analyzed. Key normative legal acts devoting to the concept and circulation of the undocumented securities were reviewed. The need for unification of legislation regulating the relationships connecting with the issuing, turning-over of the undocumented securities in the form of «record on account» was identified and justified.
