Abstract:

There is concered the problems of value and the legal characteristic of terms in limitation period in the system of the legal facts. It is conducted the analysis of the norms devoted to terms of limitation period and their application. In the conclussion are the offers directed to the problems solution of improvement to the institute of limitation period express.
