Abstract:

This article analyzes the forms of manifestation of gaps in the criminal procedure law. On the basis of the examples illustrated by their structure, the identification of possible causes of their occurrence. The author, based on research results in their classification of the forms of manifestation of gaps in the criminal procedure law.
