Abstract:
The tasks are to consider the priority directions of combating counterfeit pharmaceutical products in the civil and criminal legal aspects. The model is comparative, statistical methods. Conclusions - according to the results of the study, it was concluded that it is necessary to create a subcommission on combating counterfeiting of medicines within the framework of the Government Commission on Counteraction to Violations in the Sphere of Intellectual Property, entrusting it with the development of a state strategy in this field. The rationale for conducting appropriate explanatory work, preparing programs on this issue on TV and radio, and regular publication of materials in print media are justified. Originality/value - this publication can have value for a wide range of people, for persons engaged in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products and for lawyers working in this field.
