Abstract:
A task. In the field of development of the methodology for developing the strategy of corporate structures in the last 30 years, the adaptation of existing concepts and methods to the specifics of certain industries and spheres of activity has occurred. Tools such as benchmarking, value chain analysis, consumer segmentation, quality management, which are positioned as a single formula for the success of business and enterprise development, were widely used in certain business environments, but over time, when their use became «universal methods», The effectiveness of these methods has become low, which necessitated the emergence and development of new methods of strategic management, including the development of resource theory. In particular, the researches of such scientists as G. Mintzberg, B. Alstrend, D. Lampel, M. Porter and others have been investigated. Model. The article provides a critical review of existing approaches in the sphere of formation of corporate structure development strategy (SR CS). In addition, approaches to the development of resource theory and the possibility of its application in the sphere of strategic management of corporate structures are examined. Conclusions. In the conclusion of the work it was noted that in the process of forming the SR of CS on the concepts that were developed in the framework of the resource approach, and allow you to build the most accurate predictions of constitutive vectors for the formation of efforts of enterprises, taking into account the specific parameters of their activities, the resources and competencies used in disposal of the enterprise. It is necessary to emphasize separately that both branches of the resource approach are promising in application, both in theory and in practice of strategic management, but at the same time they are characterized by the existence of a whole range of problems unresolved in the practice of using these concepts, but simultaneously opening the direction to improve the methodological approaches for their implementation. Scope of the research / the possibility of subsequent use of the results of scientific work. The results of the research can be used in the further development of the methodology for forming a strategy for the development of corporate structures. Practical significance. The findings of the analysis can be used by senior employees of corporate structures to support the adoption of management decisions. Originality / value. The completed research contains an increment of scientific knowledge in the development of approaches to the formation of a strategy for the development of corporate structures with the help of resource theory opportunities.
