Abstract:
The main directions of improvement of the mechanism of legal regulation of government procurement are considered in this article. Changes both regarding the general norms of tendering, and regarding specification of separate articles which will provide improvement of legal regulation of purchases in separate branches of economy are offered. The directions of development of the legislation on purchases are created taking into account the analysis of court practice of regions and also studying of lawmaking activity.
