TRENDS AND REGULARITIES OF EVOLUTION OF THE LABOR ACTIVITY OF PEOPLE

Repeated attempts to construct an adequate quantitative model of the socio-economic development of mankind, including the World-System Approach [1] and the studies of Professor Jay Forrester [2] did not lead to positive results. However, a number of particular problems in this field were solved, which makes it possible to consider promising research in this direction, including using new methods of cognitive modeling. The research methodology is based on a tectological approach to the analysis of the main groups of factors characterizing the world socio-economic system in terms of the efficiency of the labor economy and GDP growth. An algorithm for constructing adequate quantitative models linking the growth factors in the efficiency of the labor economy and GDP is proposed. The results of the work can be used to construct quantitative models of the development of mankind and its labor activity taking into account the factors of knowledge and intelligence of people. They can also be used to develop management and regulatory mechanisms in the field of social and labor relations and to make decisions about investing in the knowledge industry and choosing strategies for the growth of human capital.
