Abstract:
The article is devoted to the institutionalization of the interests of Russian owners in the modern law of Russia. The article discussed the problems in the understanding of the essence, the content of the subjective rights of the owners, the ratio of the concepts of «subjective right of ownership», «subjective rights of the owner», «subjective obligations of owners», terms «egitimate interests of the owners», «the interests of owners, institutionalized in the scope of their subjective rights».
