Abstract:
In this article, the author explores the nature of the principle of good faith, its development in Russia and abroad. Also describes the main types of abusive conduct in the process of insolvency (bankruptcy), attention is paid to a particular type of misconduct and the main trends of the emerging practice on this issue.
