Abstract:
Competition conditions and resulting uncertainty in business necessitated the creation of a block diagram of accounting and analytical support of risk management processing of agricultural organizations. Formed a block diagram of accounting and analytical support of risk management in the processing of agro industrial complex organizations includes the following units: assessment strategies processing organization of agro industrial complex; the information base for risk management; risk assessment and analysis; methods and techniques of risk management; system accounting support and risk monitoring; reporting for risk monitoring. The proposed block diagram allows taking into account risks inherent to the processing organization of agro industrial complex, to predict and analyze the development of the organization taking into account the impact of risks, and to make constructive management decisions based on the received information.
