THE DIRECTIONS OF INCREASE OF EFFICIENCY OF SPENDING STATE BUDGET FUNDS

The exhaustion of opportunities to increase the total amount of Federal budget expenditures and the need to optimize the structure of Federal budget expenditures require the search for new ways to improve the efficiency of spending by state extra-budgetary funds. Search for ways to improve the efficiency of spending state extra-budgetary funds. In this article we explore the possibility of improving public financial management through establishing a single social off-budget Fund. Conclusions. The analysis of possibility of creation of the uniform social off-budget Fund is carried out. The work of the state social extra-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation has a significant reserve to improve the efficiency of management of their finances and the optimization of public spending.
