Abstract:
The article gives the concepts of interaction between operational and investigative units in the process of disclosure and investigation of crimes, considers its features, as well as measures aimed at improving this interaction. Various aspects of the activity of the body of inquiry, the investigator and the investigator at the stage of preliminary investigation and criminal proceedings aimed at establishing and proving the legally significant circumstances in the criminal case are considered.
