Abstract:
The need to write this article is due to the presence of a protracted crisis of the financial system and the need to integrate Russia into the world economy in the search for a way out of the current economic situation. The analysis gives an insight into what measures should be taken by the Government of the Russian Federation for realization of the scenarios of economic development of Russia in 2018-2020gg. Theoretical basis of research is the views and conclusions contained in the works of Russian and foreign scientists-economists: Berdnikova L. f, P. Druker, G. S. Glazyev, A. Kleinknecht, A. Marshall, G. Mensch, P. M. Pershukevich, A. I. Prigozhin, B. Santo, B. Twiss, Fatkulinoy E. R., X. Freeman, J. Schumpeter and others. The article deals with the peculiarities of the economic crisis in Russia against the background of the world economic processes peculiar to most other countries. According to the author, these features do not always allow using the same recipes that the world community develops. In addition, in some cases, there are attempts to write off the phenomena that have arisen as a result of mistakes in the national economic strategy to the world crisis, and the crisis has only exacerbated them. Trends in economic development in the context of the global financial crisis show that effective regulation of pricing ensures stable economic growth and price stability, is the key to creating a competitive environment. It stimulates the increase of productivity and reduction of costs. The global system of market economy regulation should include instruments of price control. The study identifies the peculiarities of the crisis situation in Russia at the present stage, analyzes its main consequences for the state and individual sectors of the Russian economy. The paper considers the nearest development prospects and reveals the optimal scenario for the optimal recovery of Russia from the crisis. Based on the study of this issue, the author comes to the conclusion that changes in global Finance require timely and adequate response of the Russian financial sector. Already now the number of Russian banks is decreasing, the debt of Russian companies and banks to foreign investors is growing. The real estate market in the country is stagnating. At the same time, Russia has accumulated huge reserve funds, which are invested in foreign companies. In order to avoid falling into the cycle of the global financial crisis, Russia needs to invest these reserves in its economy. This will help to avoid devaluation of the ruble, decrease in economic growth and drop in incomes. The work is addressed to a wide range of economists, financiers, employees of financial institutions and analysts.
