Abstract:
The problem of research and development management is the key to ensuring sustainable and long-term development of knowledge-intensive industries, and above all, the rocket and space industry. Changes in organizational framework of innovations at the European Union showed that the successful development of the space sector is based on the following key components: methodological (sound management decisions), organizational (sustainable infrastructure) and financial (sufficient investment funds and priorities for their use). We also see that use of private investments and initiatives in management of intellectual property become an important public strategy in the field of space exploration, providing for open innovation model.
