INCREASING EXPORT AND IMPORT OPERATIONS BETWEEN RUSSIA FEDERATION AND AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC IN THE CONDITIONS OF ECONOMIC WAR IN THE WORLD

The task to substantiate the influence of negative factors on the economy and on international relations between countries from the establishment of sanctions. For example, the situation and the state of the economy in the Russian Federation were indicated. Indicators of commodity turnover, exports and imports in the country are analyzed. Economic sanctions were examined in the works of American and Western scholars Gary C. Hufbauer, Jeffery J. Schott, Kimberly A. Elliot, Barbara Oegg (Washington, 2009); Thierry Madiès, Hannu Laurila, Mélanie Golliard (Friborg, 2013); Susanne Oxenstierna, Per Olsson (Stockholm, 2015) and other specialists of Chen-Yuan Tung (Baltimore, Maryland, 2002). In addition to them, other scientists considered the subject of sanctions: P.N. Biryukov, I.I. Lukashuk, D.B. Levin, Y.S. Yakunin and many others. Design/methodology: comparative analysis. Conclusions: it is necessary at the present time to expand cooperation and increase the volume of export and import operations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Azerbaijan and the CIS countries. The scope of the research / the possibility of subsequent use of the results of scientific work: the results of the study can be used by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of the Russian Federation. Practical significance isthe consideration of the conclusions and recommendations of the article in the practical activities of the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of the Russian Federation. Social consequences: taking into account the conclusions and recommendations of the article can be reflected in social positions in the countries of Russia and Azerbaijan. Originality / value: workers from above mentioned ministries of Russia and Azerbaijan can benefit from this work. Novelty - the work substantiates the need to increase cooperation between Russia and Azerbaijan.
