Abstract:
This article discusses the main problems of the legal regulation of Internet relations in the Russian Federation. The main objective of this study is to analyze existing problems in the field of legal regulation of Internet relations and to develop practical recommendations in order to form an effective legislative framework for regulating Internet relations. In the process of the study, theoretical and analytical methods were used: a literature review, an analysis of the existing legal framework for regulating Internet relations, a synthesis of the information received. According to the results of the study, it is obvious that the sphere of legal regulation of interne-relations has a number of shortcomings, at the moment it is in its infancy. The current federal law is not effective, it is necessary to introduce a new legal terminology in relation to the concept of “Internet”. The practical significance of this study lies in the possibility of its application in the formation of the legislative foundation in relation to the regulation of Internet relations. This work is intended for lawmakers and researchers in the field of information law. Creating an effective legal foundation in the regulation of Internet relations has a high social value, as it is aimed at protecting users of Internet services.
