Abstract:
The article presents local codes of organizational culture, their value for effective business development. There is shown the place of legal culture in the system of corporate values. There are revealed separate features of corporate culture models in foreign countries. The choice of corporate culture model is influenced by legal form and a field of company activity, the system of corporate management and control and also readiness of the management of the organization for implementation of the standard principles of corporate culture, «corporate nationality».
