Abstract:
The article examines the specifics and nature of the content of the process of forming public opinion. Formed the main principles and factors that influence the formation of public opinion. The basic social functions of public opinion are revealed. Researched directly to the community that disseminate information on the Internet. Analyzed the introduction of political and psychological attitudes in the public consciousness.
