The author points out that the public procurement sector is one of the most corrupt areas due to the presence of a significant amount of financial resources in it with the existence of a sufficiently specific expenditure part. In this regard, in the context of the problem the study of the decree of the President of the Russian Federation from 29.06.2018 № 378 «On the National plan of counteraction of corruption in the 2018-2020 years». It is determined that the main objectives of this Decree include measures to ensure the improvement of the complex of anti-corruption in the procurement of goods, works, services for state or municipal needs and in the procurement of goods, works and services by certain types of legal entities. The Author analyzes the General and special issues affecting this area. The findings made it possible to clarify the importance of the National anti-corruption plan in cases of its application in the procurement of goods, works and services for state or municipal needs.
