Abstract:
Speaking about the varieties of corporate contracts, it should be said that lawyers have difficulty identifying contracts that need to be guided in regulating matters in this area, since in the Civil Code the contract on corporate relations does not have a name. Since it is a type of civil legal relations, the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation can be used as a regulator of relations.
