Abstract:
The current review considers and evaluates the scientific significance of the monograph study on the legal terminology, which is one of the most essential issues of criminal statute. The importance, implication and value of the theoretical research regarding both legislation and administration of the law are marked in the review. Besides, a number of constructive comments and recommendations on statements shaped in the study are suggested.
