Abstract:
Public Finance and Finance of local government is used to satisfy the various parties in the public interest. Public Finance Express is only part of the cash financial relations, namely those by which the formation of public funds of funds. Public Finance - is a system organized by the state of monetary relations, in which the formation, distribution and use of public funds of funds. The author tells us abiut the impact of public finances on the maintenance of the special rights of small indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East.
