Abstract:
The author tells us about the powers of the Federal bodies of state power in order to protect the original habitat, traditional lifestyle, managing and crafts of indigenous peoples. The financing of socio-economic development of indigenous minorities of the North, Siberia and the Far East is carried out, including with the use of program-target methods, this funding can be carried out directly on the development of territories that are used for the specified people of their traditional residence and economic activities, and other strictly defined goals via transfers. Today maintaining of the traditional economy for indigenous people is due primarily with the provision of legal rights to land and other natural resources on the territories of traditional nature use. Securing these rights for indigenous people is one of the main problems.
